Oops I Did It Again…For The Last Time
Deep in my soul, I know I’m here for depth — not surface level. Yet I’ve held myself back from fully expressing this in my work, and in my life.
I’ve walked through experiences that shaped me, and as I reflect on them, I realize: they’re not just for me. They are the medicine someone else may need — the reminder that they’re not alone… that it’s okay to pause… that it’s normal to feel pulled in a million directions and still crave stillness. And that sometimes, when you finally get quiet, your mind won’t turn off.
I’ve been there. Truthfully, I still am there, many days.
I talk to Spirit, AND take my son to swimming lessons.
I sage my home, AND pick up groceries.
I walk barefoot on the grass, AND attend & speak at corporate conferences.
For years, I believed the spiritual and material worlds had to stay separate.
But the truth? They are always in conversation.
The lessons we receive in meditation, ceremony, or deep inner work are not meant to stay in the unseen. They’re meant to live in our relationships, our choices, our work, and the unexpected changes life places in our path.
When the material world shifts — through a sacred pause, a job reorganization, or an invitation into a new role — it isn’t separate from Spirit. It is Spirit, moving through form.
My soul work isn’t meant to remain in the realm of energy and ideas.
It’s meant to be embodied.
To shape the way I speak, lead, create, and serve in the world.
This is the bridge I’m here to build:
🔹 The wisdom of the soul, carried into daily life.
🔹 The sacred woven into the practical.
🔹 Spirit, embodied in action.
Because true alignment isn’t just what we know.
It’s how we live it.
And if you’ve ever felt caught between the spiritual and the material, know that you’re not meant to choose. You’re meant to weave. That’s the path of embodiment. And if you’re longing for a space to explore this weaving with others, the Soul Essence Community is always open to you.
You are always welcome.
