Refund Policy

The Threshold Workshop (public): All tickets are non-refundable and final sale.

Cacao Ceremonies: All tickets are non-refundable and final sale.

Women's Gatherings: All tickets are non-refundable and final sale.

Soul Essence Membership: Recurring monthly payments may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Embodied Vision Session: No refunds will be issued for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

1:1 Mentorship: Payment terms are outlined in the Statement of Work signed prior to commencement. Please refer to your individual agreement for cancellation and refund terms.

Corporate Threshold Workshop: Payment and cancellation terms are outlined in the Statement of Work signed prior to delivery. Please refer to your individual agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saorsa Essentials and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of our website or services or your breach of these Terms of Service.

Termination

We may terminate your access to our website and services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
