Heart Centered Connection Is What Your Soul Has Been Asking For

Women are deeply rooted in connection, but yet the older we get, connecting with other women regularly can seem fleeting.

Not because we don’t want to, but because we allow the responsibilities of being a woman (mother, wife, girlfriend, successful employee)  cloud what we really are looking for  - connection and community.

Perhaps it’s just me and I'm singular in this experience or maybe other women feel it too? I don’t know for sure, but what I do know is that as humans we need this connection, it’s wired through our DNA.

We have been conditioned to the constraints of society to receive an education, get a job, marry, create a family and live happily ever after.

Is this really what every woman wants?

I thought that was what I wanted until one day I realized that playing it safe and by the rules didn’t always have a fairy tale ending.

The year was 2008 and I was let go of my ‘dream job’, the effects of the recession were imminent and my husband and I just found out we could not create our family naturally.

It felt like a slap in the face from the Universe or was it a way for me to see beyond what I’ve been told by others for so long.

This began my journey of self discovery and what it meant to be a part of a community of women who were defining the constraints that have been put on us.

My soul was awakening in a new way. In a way that made sense to me.

Through this journey I started a business because I was eager to connect with other women in community who wanted to create a new world.

A world where we could disconnect from the external noise and anchor into our truth - our soul’s truth.

This is such a beautiful time to be experiencing life.

The women I support in my business are looking for this same connection with other women, they are looking for tools that will help them navigate this world. I guide and support them in my Savvy Sisters Monthly Circle creating space for them to deepen their intuition, learn rituals and self reflect.

They are then able to bring these tools into their everyday lives which has a ripple effect on this earth.

How beautiful is that?

To my dear Sister who’s reading this, I honour you wherever you’re at on your journey and know that there will always be a place for you if you’re looking for that deeper connection and community.

Sending you so much love & gratitude
